During September 2026, we delivered all household appliances to the apartments and are now completing their installation.

We are also finalizing all interior painting works and have completed the application of the first coat of paint to the building's façade.

We continue to make steady progress towards the completion of Talan 1! We expect to be ready to submit the necessary documentation to begin the official building occupancy approval process in approximately two weeks.
